This pattern was printed in medium blue underglaze on a circular earthenware plate.  The center pattern is the impaled Arms of the Copeland and Yates families.  William Taylor Copeland is named against the entry in the Arms Book.  Provinence:  A. Gresham Copeland and Robert Copeland collections.
