Description:

Spode's Jasmine pattern is exhibited on an earthenware tea plate in blue underglaze.  The jasmine flowers appear in the border, while the large flowers in the center are sunflowers.  Introduced in 1825, the pattern is usually found with a new gadrooned molded edge.
