This pattern is printed in green underglaze on Spode's Felspar Procelain plate.   Surrounding the center medallion are the union symbols of the rose, thistle and shamrock.  This piece also has an impressed number 16, which refers to China Body No. 16.  This number occurs on Felspar Porcelian pieces.
