Description:

This pattern is printed in blue underglaze on an indented earthenware platter.  This mythological scene shows Artemis, sister of Apollo, being drawn by a Griffin and a Lynx. This is a slight variation of P906-4 as shown below.

This pattern was introduced in 1806.
